Kentucky Blue Grass Ltd. is looking for experienced Arborists to join our growing tree department. ISA not a requirement
Climbing is also preferred but not mandatory.
A clean driver’s license is also essential. You must be willing to work in all-weather conditions.
Duties would include:
-Tree pruning
– Tree removal
– Chain saw work
– Bucket Truck/Lift work (driving standard)
– Working at Heights
– Heavy Lifting
– Rigging
– Chipper work
– Tree Climbing (with and without spurs)
Kentucky Blue Grass Ltd. offers competitive wages with clear opportunities for advancement. Crew Leads/Aerial Specialists earn between $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $2 per hour for ISA Certification. As skills and leadership responsibilities grow, team members can advance into Estimator, Quality Control Supervisor, or Junior Arbor Manager roles. These senior positions focus on job-site management, quality control, client relations, and leadership, with support for ongoing training and professional certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist and ISA TRAQ.
